We’re excited to welcome Dr. Salaudeen Akinsanmi to Express Medical Care—a UK-trained family physician with over 15 years of clinical experience across a wide spectrum of medical specialties. Dr. Akinsanmi earned his MBBS from the University of Maiduguri in Nigeria and completed his postgraduate training in Family Medicine in Northallerton, United Kingdom.
His career spans acute and emergency medicine, general practice, pediatrics, obstetrics and gynecology, geriatric care, and psychiatry. This diverse background allows Dr. Salaudeen Akinsanmi to offer truly comprehensive, patient-centered care to individuals and families of all ages.
In addition to general family medicine, Dr. Akinsanmi provides a wide range of in-clinic services, including musculoskeletal joint injections, women’s health and menopause care, prenatal services, and minor surgical procedures. His holistic approach ensures that patients receive thoughtful, thorough care tailored to their unique needs.
Fluent in English, Yoruba, and Hausa—with basic proficiency in Arabic—Dr. Akinsanmi is committed to delivering culturally sensitive care to our diverse community. He’s also a passionate educator, holding a UK-accredited certificate as a GP trainer, and is certified in minor surgical skills and joint injections. He holds CCFP certification and is a proud member of the Royal College of General Practitioners (RCGP).
Outside of the clinic, Dr. Salaudeen Akinsanmi enjoys spending time with his family, traveling, watching football, and playing chess.
